Basic project information
Record the site location, quantity, intended use, external and internal dimensions, occupancy, required delivery date and whether the cabin will be relocated later. For multi-unit projects, identify the number of each cabin type.
Construction specification
State the frame material and section, wall and roof sheet, insulation type and thickness, floor structure, flooring finish, ceiling, doors, windows, hardware and exterior coating. Ambiguous terms such as “standard material” make supplier comparison difficult.
Services and fit-out
List electrical points, lighting, DB/MCB, AC provision, fans, data points, plumbing, sanitary fittings, water storage, drainage, furniture, partitions and any equipment mounting requirements. Clearly separate included and excluded items.
Delivery and installation
Confirm transport responsibility, unloading method, site access, crane or lifting requirements, installation scope, levelling or support arrangement, service connections and commissioning responsibilities. Record the warranty and delivery commitment in the final quotation.
